God
our provider,
you
gave to Mary many measures of joy,
in
bearing Jesus and bringing him to birth.
Help
us learn from her waiting and labouring,
her
loving and sorrowing.
Equip
us to carry the measures of
joy
and sorrow that visit us.
Alert
us to your presence within and all around.
Amen.
