Ascension Day, Collect (Redub)

Loving God,

our faith is that you you came and

met us in Jesus, the Christ.

Together, we believe he rose from death

and ascended to be with you.

Help us hold fast to the promise

that we are united with Christ in heaven

as, by faith, we seek your love here on earth.

Amen.
